Room was super clean, and the breakfast here is both yummy and complimentary! 🍳

This place is tidy, fantastic, and has great English breakfast, neat rooms, excellent facilities.

The staff was efficient and the atmosphere felt like home. the location was excellent, being close to the city center, bars, restaurants, and Lark Lane with a variety of dining and entertainment options.

The breakfast here is fresh with fabulous dishes, the location is unbeatable being so close to restaurants, shops, and a beautiful park, with smart and first-class service from the staff.

Staff was exceptional and hotel is clean and attractive! The bathroom was bright & the bedroom was comfortable. The venue was in a spectacular location, to a bus stop. Besides, it was not far from many good restaurants, Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

Actually the room was luxurious and budget with sofa, a bath, as example. It was reasonably priced for 3 star hotel. The vibe here was family.

The accommodation here is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to manage requests from higher-ups.

The room was small with no clear window, and nothing like the picture on the website. No hot breakfast even though it was charged extra.

Friendly staff, room recently updated with a decent size and a comfortable four poster bed, plus a nice shower.

Location is good - close to good restaurants on Lark Lane

Room was very small, the bathroom was dirty and had a damp, cracked ceiling. There was no provision for evening dining. Only 1 pillow each - we asked for more and they were delivered without pillowcases. Bar was ok but no crisps or nuts.

The staff were really wonderful and went above and beyond in their customer service. The room was budget-friendly and spotless, with a fantastic view of the lovely park.- The restaurant offered reasonably priced evening meals.

Stylish hotel, beautiful location in the countryside

It was very warm. Since the hotel is old, there is no air conditioning and the rooms could be badly ventilated.

The hotel was brilliant, and we greatly enjoyed the park view from our double room. The room included heating, a hairdryer, and coffee, making our stay very comfortable.- The location was marvellous and stunning, just a short distance from Lark Lane.- The property was a fine base for enjoying the lovely area.

My room was airy with park views and a great English breakfast. Meals were lovely, and there was a nearby Milo Lounge.
